Orders for parts and merchandise are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging. Labor charges for completed services are non‑refundable.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for electrical components, special‑order items, or parts that show signs of installation, wear, or modification. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
