At Vaughn’s Northwest Auto Repair, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund & Warranty Policy explains your rights regarding refunds, returns, and warranty coverage.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case‑by‑case basis for services or parts that do not meet agreed‑upon standards. Refunds will not be issued for diagnostic fees or completed labor.

Warranty Coverage

All parts and labor are covered under a 12‑month/12,000‑mile limited warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and service records.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or repairs performed by other facilities.
